Membership > Corporate Membership Application
For corporate membership, after filling the application form you may send it as an e-mail to info@ufe.org.tr or
fax it to 0216 544 30 44. Your application will be evaluated by our board of directors and we will return you about
the status of your membership. After acceptance, the documents below should be delivered to us. Your membership will
be initiated pursuant to the documents.
- Original Application Form,
- Photocopy of Board/Joint Board Decision indicating membership request or Post of the Authorized Person (with Authorization Certificate),
- Authorized Signatures,
- Trade Registry Gazette,
- Residence, Copy of Birth Certificate and 4 Passport Photo of Institution Representatives,
- Bank slip indicating payment of dues
